THE WAY TO WELLNESS : Nutrition

The importance of eating a balanced diet is one area in your life that you have total control over. Good health depends upon your ability to fully digest all the food, experience, and emotions we take in. The old cliché, you are what you eat and you eat what you are, illustrates how often we turn to inappropriate foods as a way to comfort ourselves when stressed or anxious. Is being overweight a sign that you need to look deep inside your self and not in your refrigerator? Eating a balanced diet will prevent a tired and sluggish feeling and will be best for building a healthy relationship with food.
